Chandan Chourasiya is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2002. Chandan has worked on several clients across diverse industry segments in India and USA from Auto & Ancillary, Manufacturing, IT/ ITES and Telecom. His expertise includes Controls evaluation, SOX and SSAE 16 Audits, Internal Audit and Risk Management, IT General Computer Controls review and Statutory Audits.

Satish Chourasiya (Partner) B.Com, FCA, LLB
Satish Chourasiya is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1978. He is a commerce graduate and holds Chartered Accountant and LLB degrees. He has expertise in the fields of bank audits, Income Tax, Service Tax and VAT. He has dealt in various sectors like manufacturers, EOU, wholesaler and infrastructure and appeared for VAT, Sales Tax and Income Tax appeals before the appellate authorities. His specialization includes resolving complex issues for VAT and Sales Tax. He has also presented various papers on VAT in ICAI and STP Association.
